By accessing or using The Cosminnox platform ("the Platform"), including its website, mobile applications, newsletters, and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and IDC India, the publisher of The Cosminnox. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Platform. Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

The Cosminnox reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

All content published on The Cosminnox — including articles, analyses, research reports, graphics, photographs, data visualisations, and editorial compilations — is the exclusive property of IDC India or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may share links to our content and reproduce brief excerpts (not exceeding 150 words) for non-commercial purposes, provided you clearly attribute The Cosminnox with a direct hyperlink to the original article. Any other use requires prior written permission from our editorial office.

The Cosminnox name, logo, and associated trade marks are registered marks of IDC India. Their use without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Paid subscriptions grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access premium content during the subscription period. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law. The Cosminnox reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Sharing subscription credentials with third parties is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Cosminnox makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Editorial content is intended for informational and analytical purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or investment advice. Readers should seek independent professional advice before acting on any information published on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDC India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your subscription in the six months preceding the claim.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for convenience only; The Cosminnox does not endorse and has no control over the content or practices of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
